We made it through the fog and drizzle to Oklahoma City, where we had dinner at Ted's Cafe Escondido. They have all-you-can-eat house made chips and tortillas, which were delicious! They also give everyone their own salsa and cheese sauce. We enjoyed everything from chips to sopapillas. Everyone must, because it was quite crowded.
Around this point the kid's DVD players, which have been their favorite thing of the trip, died. They've been really well behaved, but not terribly enthusiastic about looking at anything outside the car. They love snacking and constantly are "hungry", but then rarely put a dent in the meal food we've bought. At least they finally ate at Ted's
